with respect to the previous KDE editions these isos have the following changes/additions:
KDE 2013.10: KDE 2013.10 has all the additions from MiniME and was built to provide a general purpose KDE desktop computing environment. The DVD includes popular tools for office, audio, video, graphics, and Internet applications (LibreOffice 4.1.2, Gimp, Skype, Dropbox, VirtualBox, etc.) as well as additional drivers and tools to setup your hardware (graphic card, network, printer, scanner, etc.).
Please note: You do not necessarily need to download and install this release if you kept your current KDE-installation uptodate. However, if you want a clean and quick start with PCLinuxOS KDE 4.10.5 then this is the way to go. that's it, have fun!
