The Site is down due to the loss of MyPCLinuxOS without the support of the MyPCLinuxOS community and DevNet this site can no longer be maintained. If you would like to continue the project you'll need to have Joomla experience.. a server and a license copy of Jreviews for Joomla. If you are interested PM JMiahman on the PCLinuxOS Forums.
